[ T. invisitata ]
Diagnoses of genera of South East Asia: Taivala (?; ?). T. invisitata
Peckham & Peckham, 1907 is known only from females and said to be
close to Pseudamycus (p. 353). Female epigyne drawn by Proszynski,
1984.
Distribution: Taivala is known only from Sarawak. General
remarks: Most of these genera are known only from south east Asia. Although
there are still no habitat details, genitalia and occasionally other drawings
are now available for many of them. In the original descriptions and in Simon's
salticid classification, mention is sometimes made of close and more familiar
relatives. The latter will be discussed in more detail in due course. Murphy
