ATTENTION: Griswold 1987: 80 synonymised H. kubai with
H. sansoni, these species separated by Crawford 1988 again - but no drawing
of real H. sansoni available and speparation of specimen shown on
map by Griswold unclear; type of H. sansoni from Alberta, Canada.
