Comment: Logunov (p. 240) wrote on possible synonymy of B. leucostictus and B. incitatus as suggested by Roewer 1954: 1011, 1435 [actually I cannot find such suggestion on the pages indicated] "Thus, at least one of these females [B. incitatus] was taken from the type locality of B. leucostictus and hence Roewer's (1954) assumption of synonymy of both species seemed to be correct". Considering identity of species on the basis of common occurence in a geographic area, without study of specimens themselves, seems inadmissible. J. Proszynski, 19. II. 2002.
